Glass Bottle Servo Piston Tonic Water Filling Line

Automatic glass bottle servo piston filling line can fill high viscous product, such as functional beverage or pharmaceutic syrup, ketchup, jam, mustard, oil. The key machinery is rotary servo piston filler, it adopts bellowed advantages compared with traditional piston filler. 1: High accuracy, since the piston moving by serving motor instead of mechanical rail. 2: With inline CIP function, no need to disassemble the pistons. 3: Different size bottle, no need to do any mechanical adjustment. 4: Vacuum design, no any leakage on piston outlet neck part
