The washing process are composed of 4 steps. The first step: sterilization liquid washing; The second step: cycle water washing; The third step: pure water washing; the forth step: drain. there is hot alkali washing for option.

the whole filling process adopts high pressure filling drived by water pump.

1. How could I know if your products' specification is suit for our country power?
Our machine is custom made. We will make suitable voltage and frequency products according to your need.

2. What is your trade clause?
For the deliver type, we mainly handle it by FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW. It depends on the client's need.

3.What is the valid of your price?
Because the cost and exchange rate changes rapidly, so all of our quotation for you is with 30 day valid. If you need any update price, please feel free to contact us.

4.What is the package for your products?
It is mainly made by Plywood package, carton package, wooden package.

5. Could I get spare parts?
We will enclose with some quick wear part for your order.

6. How do you deliver my orders?

As most of our products are heavy and large, by sea or railway is better. Airfreight or express can also be arranged upon request.

7. How long can you arrange delivery?
About 30 days after we received the deposit (30% by T/T in advance, 70% by T/T or L/C before shipment), all the machines will be ready. You are welcomed to test the machine in my factory or we send you video of your machine running.

8. What documents can you provide me for Customs clearance?
We will provide you with usual documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL. The other documents also can be provided upon request.
