Automatic 5 Gallon Washing Filling and Capping Machine

Rinsing,filling and capping monobloc model "TXG-150" for natural water in 5 gallon bottles with easy operation and occupation.

Material of the machine

The frame, sealing plate and water tank of the machine are all made of 304 stainless steel. Compared with AISI 201, AISI 304 is more corrosion-resistant and more hygienic, and it is a food-grade material.

Conveying Parts

The Rising conveyor is driven by a motor, which can accurately convey the bucket, which is easy to control, and the bucket falls more smoothly after the washing is completed.

Bearing

The bearing is upgraded with AISI304 stainless steel, which is more sanitary, corrosion resistant and has a longer life.This kind of bearing is easy to install, may work in the harsh environment.

Washing Parts

High pressure AISI304 washing nozzle, no washing dead corner, to make sure better washing effect and improve product quality.

Inner tanks

Inner tanks upgraded with dosing ports. It is convenient to mix disinfectant or hot alkali into the water tank. Easy inspection and bigger volume tank for a long usage time.

Filling Parts

The filling part is upgraded to use non-contact filling, fast filling, precise control of the liquid level, without wasting a drop of water.

Capping Parts

Automatic put cap onto bottle mouth, and use pneumatic cylinder to press cap tight. It’s energy-saving and low noise.

Centrifugal cap sorting device

Motor drives cap sorting device rotate slowly without damage to the cap. Big hopper for enough caps storage.

Electrical Control System

It is made up of PLC, relay, intermediate relay, sensor and other components. Each action time of the whole line can be setting dependently on the man-machine interface.
